Data We Collect

We collect only API registration email addresses (to associate your API key). Quote content submitted through the consumer site or API is processed to generate your PDF and is not stored after the response is returned.

Cookies & Analytics

We use Google AdSense which may set cookies for advertising purposes. We do not use analytics tracking beyond what AdSense provides.

Third Parties

API plans are managed through RapidAPI. Please review RapidAPI's privacy policy for API subscription data handling.

Google Firebase — optional account authentication and data storage

Optional Account & Data Storage

All Build tools work fully without an account. If you choose to sign in, we store:

• Your email address and display name
• Documents you explicitly save (e.g. quotes, invoices)
• Client contact information you enter

This data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore and associated with your account. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing buildpdf.help@gmail.com.

If you do not create an account, no document data is stored.
